1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited-edition and blind box nature of our products all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging showing the damage

We’ll review your case and offer one of the following:

A replacement (if stock is available)

A partial or full refund (in some cases)

Discounted price for your next purchase. (Rare Cases)

To ensure a smooth refund process, please film your unboxing when opening your package. This helps us verify the condition of the items upon arrival and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Note: Slight cosmetic imperfections in blind box packaging are not considered damage.

3. Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or your order is missing an item:
