1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take up to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only.

We offer flat-rate or calculated shipping at checkout based on your location.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at any time using the provided link.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for 

delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs issues.

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Wait 24–48 hours in case of mis-scanning

Check with neighbors or your local post office
